Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026. Welcome to Elleve Pilates Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our studio and services. By booking a class, purchasing a package, or entering our studio, you agree to these terms.

1. Studio Bookings & Accounts

Class bookings, packages, and membership accounts are hosted through our booking platform partner, Gymcatch. To book classes, you must register a Gymcatch profile. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all Reformer and Mat Pilates classes.

If you cancel a class booking with **more than 24 hours' notice**, the class credit will be refunded to your account for future use. If you cancel with **less than 24 hours' notice** (a "late cancel") or fail to attend a booked class (a "no show"), your class credit will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no shows.

3. Class Passes & Package Expiration

All class packages have specific expiration dates to encourage a consistent movement practice:

  • Single Class Passes (Drop-in): Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • 10-Class Passes: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Monthly Memberships: Automatically renews on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel your membership at any time via Gymcatch prior to the next billing cycle.

Unused classes after the expiration date will be automatically forfeited and cannot be extended or transferred, except in cases of illness or injury supported by medical documentation.

4. Physical Readiness & Medical Conditions

Your health and safety are paramount. Before attending your first class, you must complete our health declaration form.

It is your responsibility to inform the instructor before class begins of any new injuries, illness, medical conditions, or pregnancy. If you are pregnant, you must join dedicated pre-natal sessions or verify that your instructor is certified to modify reformer routines. We reserve the right to refuse entry if we deem it unsafe for you to participate.

5. Studio Etiquette & Late Arrivals

To prevent injury and avoid disrupting classes, late arrivals will not be admitted into the studio once the class has commenced. We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Grip socks are recommended for hygiene and safety on Reformer carriages.

6. Limitation of Liability

We exclude liability for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property within the studio premises. To the extent permitted by English law, we are not liable for any physical injuries sustained during classes unless caused by our direct negligence or faulty equipment.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
